SCREEN PRINTING PRESS OPERATOR
Who we are: HotD is an award-winning games workshop in downtown Olympia.
We design, publish, and manufacture games, and provide an array of creative services to our community.
We will consider anyone who:
-submits a resume that includes a minimum of 3 professional references and a cover letter
-is LGBTQ Friendly
-is vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19 (we wear N95 masks in the workshop)
-is interested in screen printing and has experience with manufacturing or other detail-oriented manual work
is good at learning, taking feedback, and communicating needs
Our ideal candidate also:
-has worked in a professional screen-printing shop
-has practical experience of the screen printing process from film prep to finished product

Primary Duties
-Setup and register a 6-color manual screenprinting press
-Screen print garments, posters, and custom textiles
-Maintain a clean and orderly workstation
-Coat and expose screens
-Mix and color match ink
-Track and report production
Secondary Responsibilities
-Perform regular maintenance on press and belt dryer
-Track and order printing supplies
-Light to medium warehouse duties such as moving boxes
-Manufacturing side-work such as sewing, or packing
-Light janitorial duties
Hours / Compensation
$16.80/hr depending on experience
30-40 hours per week possible
Flexible and unlimited vacation /personal leave
